DR. MAURICIO CLARE

Prosthodontist | Javeriana University, Colombia

Dr. Mauricio Clare, with registration number 362808, graduated in 2006 from the Universidad Latina of Costa Rica as a dental surgeon. He then completed a prosthodontics internship at the University of Costa Rica and spent two years in private practice, specializing exclusively in dental implants and rehabilitation. He further specialized at the Javeriana University in Colombia, focusing on Oral Rehabilitation and Implantology, training to handle both simple and highly complex cases. Following this, he has dedicated over 15 years to pursuing excellence, with continuous education and state-of-the-art technology, to provide the best for his patients.

Dr. John Gillen, with registration number 339407, graduated with a degree in Dentistry from the Universidad Latina of Costa Rica in 2005. After four years of working in private practice, he decided to pursue further studies in South America. In 2013, he graduated as a Specialist in Oral Rehabilitation and Implantology from the University of Chile. His commitment to excellence drives him to continually update his skills by traveling around the world, ensuring he can provide the best possible care for his patients.

Dr. Emilio Ramírez

Endodontics | Universidad Latina, Costa Rica | University Autónoma Guadalajara, México

Dr. Ramirez graduated from the Universidad Latina of Costa Rica as a D.D.S in 2004, and was accepted as a member of the Costa Rican board of dentistry during the same year. In 2006,  he went to Guadalajara, Mexico to begin his Master Degree in Endodontics, which he finished in 2008. Since 2009 he is a certified specialist in Endodontics by the Costa Rican board of dentistry.

Dr. Ramirez is dedicated exclusively to the private practice in endodontics, he believes in continual education, that’s why he attends periodical postgraduate learning programs and meetings.

Dr. Marcos Foung

With extensive experience and a solid professional track record in the field of dentistry, Dr. Marcos Foung combines technical excellence, precision, and innovation with a warm, patient-centered approach, always focused on improving his patients’ quality of life.

He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Implantology and Soft Tissue Management from the Catholic University of San Antonio of Murcia (UCAM) and a Master’s Degree in Implantology and Oral Surgery from the Cardenal Herrera University (CEU) in Spain. In addition, he continuously pursues professional development both nationally and internationally, strengthening his expertise in the most advanced techniques in modern implantology.

His practice focuses on immediate dental implants and highly aesthetic oral rehabilitations, delivering natural, functional, and long-lasting results that allow patients to regain their confidence, oral health, and overall well-being.

Dra. Daniela Morales

General Dentist | Universidad Latina, Costa Rica

I'm a general dentist working with patients of all ages. My practice covers cleanings, whitening, resin restorations, crowns, and the everyday work of keeping mouths healthy. Dentistry is my second career. After more than a decade in business administration and marketing, I returned to school to follow a long-standing pull toward the medical sciences and the chance to care for people directly. I graduated from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.

My approach is meticulous, with the careful attention to detail the work deserves. For international patients visiting Costa Rica, I offer consultations and treatment in Spanish, English, and French.

Every patient I see is, at heart, learning something about their teeth, their habits, and the small daily things that quietly change a mouth over years. That conversation is the part of the work I love most.
