A Two-Stage Journey for Long-Term Results
Ideal for: Patients who need dental implants combined with crowns, restorative dentistry or comprehensive oral rehabilitation.
Implant treatment requires something that cannot be rushed: proper healing.
For this reason, this package is intentionally divided into two visits.
YOUR TREATMENT
VISIT 1 — Foundation & Implant Placement
Recommended stay: approximately 6 days
Your first visit may include:
· Comprehensive in-person evaluation
· Diagnostic imaging
· Dental cleaning when required
· Extractions when required
· Dental implant placement
· Bone or periodontal procedures when clinically indicated
· Temporary solutions when appropriate
· Post-operative evaluation
HEALING PERIOD
Approximately 3–4 months
This allows the implants and surrounding tissues to heal before the final restorative phase. Your exact healing period will depend on your individual clinical situation.
VISIT 2 — Final Smile Restoration
Recommended stay: approximately 9 days
During your second visit, the restorative phase may include:
· Implant evaluation
· Digital impressions or scans
· Final implant-supported restorations
· Crowns and additional restorative procedures
· Bite adjustments
· Final esthetic and functional evaluation

Package 3: ALL-ON-X FULL ARCH RESTORATION
Rebuild Your Smile. Restore Your Confidence.
Ideal for: Patients with severely compromised or missing teeth who may require the replacement of a complete upper arch, lower arch, or both.
All-on-X treatment uses strategically positioned dental implants to support a full-arch restoration.
Depending on your anatomy and clinical needs, approximately 4–8 implants per arch may be considered.
YOUR TREATMENT
VISIT 1 — Surgery & Temporary Smile
Your first visit may include:
· Comprehensive clinical evaluation
· Diagnostic imaging
· Extractions when necessary
· Implant placement
· Placement of approximately 4–8 implants per arch, according to clinical requirements
· Temporary prosthesis
Whenever clinically possible, the temporary restoration may be fixed to the implants.
If immediate loading is not considered clinically appropriate, a removable temporary prosthesis may be provided during the healing period.
HEALING PERIOD
Approximately 4 months
Healing time is an essential part of implant treatment and may vary depending on bone quality, implant stability, surgical procedures and each patient’s individual response.
VISIT 2 — Your Final Smile
Once healing has been clinically confirmed, you return to Costa Rica for your definitive restoration.
This phase may include:
· Implant and tissue evaluation
· Digital records and impressions
· Esthetic and functional testing
· Bite refinement
· Fabrication and placement of the definitive implant-supported bridge
· Final adjustments
· Maintenance and home-care instructions

Dr. John Gillen, with registration number 339407, graduated with a degree in Dentistry from the Universidad Latina of Costa Rica in 2005. After four years of working in private practice, he decided to pursue further studies in South America. In 2013, he graduated as a Specialist in Oral Rehabilitation and Implantology from the University of Chile. His commitment to excellence drives him to continually update his skills by traveling around the world, ensuring he can provide the best possible care for his patients.

Dr. Mauricio Clare, with registration number 362808, graduated in 2006 from the Universidad Latina of Costa Rica as a dental surgeon. He then completed a prosthodontics internship at the University of Costa Rica and spent two years in private practice, specializing exclusively in dental implants and rehabilitation. He further specialized at the Javeriana University in Colombia, focusing on Oral Rehabilitation and Implantology, training to handle both simple and highly complex cases. Following this, he has dedicated over 15 years to pursuing excellence, with continuous education and state-of-the-art technology, to provide the best for his patients.
